This is officially the 3rd Valentine's Day that Buck and I have spent together! However, this one has been completely different than the others. We aren't the biggest Valentine's Day fans, but still appreciate the idea behind it. V-Day 2011 was one for the records though, I spent the evening in the hospital with my undiagnosed boyfriend. It's amazing to see the physical toll this year has taken on the both of us.. In one year both of us have been admitted to the hospital and spent a few days there, both for very separate issues, but still just as serious.
SO, we made the best out of our situation and celebrated Valentine's day in the hospital! We had dinner together with Buck's sweet parents who drove down to be with him here, and I even got him to watch the Bachelor with me. :) All to say, sometimes when things don't go our way, the only choice we have is to make the best out of our situation.
